I had the pleasure of collaborating with Téchnē Restaurant to design a beautifully crafted cookbook celebrating the restaurant's first decade in Hydra. Inspired by the ancient Greek concept of téchnē the union of craftsmanship, knowledge, and creativity the book brings together modern Greek recipes, thoughtful storytelling, stunning photography, and elegant design to capture the spirit, philosophy, and culinary artistry of the restaurant in print.
